Customer service and shipping was great! I wanted something dainty and solid gold that wouldn't change colors. The earrings are beautiful, however the earring pole is very delicate and bends often so im afraid it will break off - that is the only reason I took a star off. otherwise it's beautiful and looks just like the picture! I'll continue to wear them and adjust my review if it does or doesn't break!
