I have purchased hoops for my cartilage ear piercing twice now. I woke up to a missing earring so I had to replace it. My order for one hoop instead of two was a bit strange. The hoops were not the same size when I ordered the same earring. It worked out and I can't tell the difference when wearing them. I would suggest sending a message with a pic if you have to order a replacement. I am pleased overall.
